General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of the online shop fika-food.si are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international e-commerce codes.
The online shop fika.si (hereinafter referred to as the “Shop”) is operated by FIKA7 d.o.o., a provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”). The General Terms and Conditions of Business deal with the operation of the fika-food.si online shop, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.
The Supplier undertakes to provide the following information to the Buyer at all times:
- the identity of the company (name and registered office of the company, registration number)
- contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (email, phone),
- the essential features of the goods or services (including after-sales service and guarantees),
- product accessibility (every product or service offered on the website should be accessible within a reasonable time),
- the terms of delivery of the product or service (method, place and time of delivery),
- all prices must be clearly and unambiguously stated and it must be shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
- method of payment and delivery,
- the time validity of the offer,
- the period within which the contract can still be withdrawn from and the conditions for withdrawal; and if and how much it will cost the buyer to return the product,
- an explanation of the complaints procedure, including full details of the contact person or customer service.
Due to the nature of doing business online, FIKA’s offer is updated and changes frequently and quickly.
The FIKA online shop offers the following payment methods:
- card payments via STRIPE.
The Provider shall issue an invoice to the Customer on a durable and/or electronic medium, itemising the costs and giving instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the products, if necessary and possible.
The purchase contract (order) is stored electronically on the provider’s server.
Prices are valid at the time of order placement and have no pre-set validity. All prices include VAT unless otherwise explicitly stated.
* The supplier will deliver the goods or services within the agreed timeframe. The Supplier reserves the right to choose any delivery service it wishes, provided that it will enable the order to be fulfilled more efficiently and in accordance with the shipping price/cost as stated at the time of the order.
The price for delivery (already including VAT) ischarged by fika-food.si (in case of choice of the delivery service Pošta Slovenija):
- postage Post Slovenia, FIKA courier service – 3,50 €
- “online” payment (credit cards): ……. 0,00 €
Prices are valid in the case of payment by the payment methods indicated above, under the conditions indicated above.
Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it is possible that a price may be incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, but at the same time the provider will offer the buyer a mutually satisfactory solution.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives a status email). From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the supplier and the buyer.
- Choice of products. Before placing an order, you must select the products you want to buy in the online shop. To do this, click on the “Add to basket” button in the product view.
- Confirmation of the basket or. a summary of the contract. Once you have selected the products, you will be taken to the shopping cart page or to the. tills (link to the page: fika-food.si/cart ). Here you can review your selected products and change the quantity, add new products, add comments or remove them from your basket.
- Information. After confirming the selected products, you will be taken to the checkout page (link to the page: fika-food.si/XXX/checkouts/XXXX/) When selecting the address, please specify your preferred delivery address. In this step you can also choose additional products and gift wrapping for your products.
- Delivery.
Payment. The last step is the final check and final confirmation of your order. By clicking on the “Buy Now” button, you agree to the order and the terms and conditions and finally confirm your purchase. The delivery address may be different from your personal address – in this case, we will send the selected products to the address you have chosen.
- Order in the queue. After placing the order, the buyer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted for PROCESSING. Information on the status and content of the order is always available to the buyer on the provider’s website.
- Order confirmed. The order is processed further when the supplier reviews the order, checks the deliverability of the ordered items and confirms or rejects the order with a reason. The Supplier may call the Buyer’s contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the supplier shall inform the buyer by e-mail of the estimated delivery time. The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the buyer and the supplier is irrevocably concluded at this stage.
- Goods dispatched. The supplier prepares and dispatches the goods within the agreed time limit and notifies the buyer by email. In the same email, the provider also informs the customer about the return policy, where to go in case of delayed delivery and where to go in case of a complaint.
For products in stock, delivery takes up to 2-4 working days after order confirmation. In other cases, up to 14 days, except where specifically stated in the delivery status. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is up to 30 days after the order is received. In the event of a longer delivery time, we will inform you of the delivery time by email or phone.
The Provider shall use appropriate technological and organisational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments. The online shop fika-food.si uses the following cookies to improve your browsing experience:

The Provider undertakes to keep all personal data of the User secure at all times. The Provider will use the personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, quotations, invoices) and other necessary communication.
By submitting his/her e-mail address, the user gives his/her explicit consent to the processing of the personal data entered by FIKA7 d.o.o. for the purpose of determining the user’s interest in FIKA7 d.o.o.’s services and products.
Under no circumstances will user data be passed on to unauthorised persons.
The Provider will contact the User by means of distance communication only if the User does not expressly object.
The advertisement emails will contain the following elements:
- they will be clearly and unambiguously identified as advertising messages,
- the sender will be clearly visible,
- various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be labelled as such. The conditions for participation will also be clearly defined,
- a clear explanation of how to opt-out of receiving advertising messages,
- the user’s wish not to receive advertising messages will be explicitly respected by the provider.
User reviews and product reviews written by customers are part of the shop’s functionality, which is intended for the user community. The provider allows any user of the shop to write a review, which is reviewed by the provider before final publication. The Provider will not publish opinions or contributions that are in any way offensive, obscene or, in the Provider’s opinion, do not offer any benefit to other users and visitors.
By submitting an opinion or comment, the user expressly agrees to the terms of use and authorises the provider to publish part or all of the text in all electronic and other media. The Provider shall have the right to use the Content for an unlimited period of time and for any purpose that is in the Provider’s commercial interest, including publication in advertisements or other marketing communications. The author of the opinion also declares and warrants that he/she is the owner of the material and moral copyright in the opinions and comments written and that he/she assigns these rights to the Provider on a non-exclusive and perpetual basis.
The Provider shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price may change so quickly that the supplier is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the supplier will inform the customer of the changes and give the customer the opportunity to cancel the order or replace the ordered item.
Although the supplier endeavours to provide accurate photographs of the items for sale, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photographs are not guarantees of product performance.
The Provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The Supplier shall make every effort to comply with its obligation to set up an effective complaints handling system and to designate a person whom the Customer may contact by telephone or e-mail in the event of problems.
Within five working days, the provider will acknowledge receipt of the complaint, inform the customer how long it will take to process and keep the customer informed of the progress of the complaint.
The Provider is aware that an essential feature of consumer litigation, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in settling the dispute itself. This is also a major obstacle to consumers bringing a dispute before the courts. Therefore, the Provider shall use its best endeavours to resolve any disputes amicably.
