The customer who orders products from the Fika online shop may, if he is not satisfied with the products ordered or wishes to withdraw from the contract (purchase) for any reason, notify the company (in writing or by e-mail: info@fika-food.si) within 14 days of receipt of the product that he is withdrawing from the contract, without being required to state the reason for his decision. The goods must then be delivered to the company (at Fika d.o.o., Janežičeva cesta 21, 1000 Ljubljana) within 14 days of the notification, unchanged in quantity and undamaged. Even if the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt, this is considered to be a notice of withdrawal. We will return all payments made to the Buyer within 14 days of receipt of the communication, without the Buyer having to request it.

The buyer must inform the company of the withdrawal by an unequivocal statement clearly indicating that he is withdrawing from the contract. The withdrawal declaration must be sent within the time limit set for withdrawal from the contract. A message is considered to be on time if it is sent within the deadline.

The costs incurred in returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer. Returned products should be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. The Buyer must enclose a copy of the invoice with the refund.
